Paying your invoice has never been so easy.

You can find out your invoice amount:

  • Through our Online Service.
  • By dialing 112 as of 10th day of each month.
  • In any of our commercial offices or Post-offices as of 10th day of each month.
  • Through the electronic Invoice, which you can request via email and receive it as of 7th day of each month.

Save time by paying your invoice from your home comfort:

  • Through Transfermóvil App
  • Through TELEBANCA and MULTIBANCA cards, by dialing their service helplines.
  • By dialing 112, with your propia card balance, after subscribing to the card by the 112.

If you need to travel, you can also pay your invoice:

  • Through any Telecommunications Agent closer to your dwelling.
  • At ATM, with the ATM ID printed in the invoice.
  • At Post-Offices.
  • At any of our commercial offices.

Do not forget your printed invoice if you want to pay at:

  • Agencies to the Banco Metropolitano located in Havana, until the same day of the expiration date.
  • Agencies to the Banco Popular de Ahorro and Banco de Crédito y Comercio located in the rest of the territory, up to 3 days before the expiration date.
