Customer Care levels
The company has different care levels where you can find the answer to your information and dissatisfaction needs.
These levels start with the easiest access ways. If you are not satisfied with the answer you have received or have not yet received, you can go the next higher level.
If you are not satisfied with the received answer, you can contact the Directorate for Consumer Care and Attention to the Population, located at Centro de Negocios Miramar, Edificio Beijing, Oficina 313, Calle 3ra. e/ 76 y 78, Miramar, Playa, La Habana, from Mondays to Thursdays, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
