It is a web portal where each person or entity establishes its point of sale or business to manage payments made by customers through Transfermóvil.

To enable both the payment and collection management when providing services to the population.

Yes, all self-employment businesses that are interested can join the Bulevar web portal, including points of sale, restaurants and cafeterias.

To do so, they only need to

  • Access the Transfermóvil app;
  • Select Operations/Online Payment;
  • Scan the QR code of the service to be paid (static or dynamic) available in the business.


 

  • Dynamic QR Code: This is when the scanned code is generated by the seller's module in Transfermovil and already contains the payment information (Available only for those who contract the Bulevar service).

  • Static QR Code: It is the one predefined by the business and in this case the customer must enter the amount to be paid.

You only have to access https://www.transfermovil.etecsa.cu/contratacion and register the data requested for validation. Once accepted, you will receive by email the annex certifying your contract.

Select the bank you belong to and log in, in the "Configuration" menu, choose the "Register" option, follow the steps for registration and then you will receive an SMS notifying you of the execution of the action.

Besides, in "Operations" you can transfer cash to another account and pay for telecommunications services such as the monthly nauta Hogar fee and the telephone bill, as well as top up your mobile balance, nauta accounts and propia cards.

In the main menu, access "My accounts" and enter the data requested for each one. This option enables transactions between accounts, speeding up processes such as cash transfers, among others.

This section will allow you to check out paid invoices and topped up propia cards to perform the payment or top-up operation again, without entering the invoice or card.

It will also let you save bank accounts that are not yours, enabling to make cash transfers.

In the main menu, in the "Statistics" option, you will be able to see the summary and details of the operations and in the "Details of operations" option, you only have to select your bank and all the actions performed will be shown.
