How to report an outage by SMS?
To report an outage, both fixed and data service, you must send an SMS to the number 114 with the text in this format:
114:Service or link you wish to report:Contact telephone number.
Do not leave a space after the colon [ : ] for the report to be valid.
How can I know the data link number of my company?
A/ This data is specified in the contract.
Why does the number or link identifier of my data service not match with the amount of numbers and letters shown in the published examples?
Because this number can vary, some have 4 digits; others have 6. Letters can also vary depending on the territory where the service is installed.
Is the outage report via SMS free of charge?
Yes, regardless of the method used to report the service outage, it is always free of charge.
How do I know if my report was received correctly?
After sending the SMS to 114, you will receive a reply SMS with the report number (folio).
What happens if I send the SMS with the wrong text?
If you send an SMS with wrong data, you will receive a reply message indicating it.
What happens if I make a mistake in any digit, both in the number to report and in the contact number?
If you have made a mistake, we suggest you verify the numbering before sending another SMS to 114. Once you have sent the message with the report, you will be contacted by a telephone operator to know details of the outage.
How many reports can I make in a day?
Only a maximum of 5 reports per day.
Can I report the same phone number 2 or more times?
No. If you do so, you will be notified that the service has already been reported.
Has the outage report by 114 been deleted?
No. You can report the outage by choosing the most convenient method for you: via telephone (from a landline or cell phone) or via SMS. Whichever option you use will always be free of charge for you.
What happens if I mistakenly type in the same number I reported as the contact number?
The customer will be located by the cell phone number used to send the SMS with the outage report.
Can I report any event related to my mobile data services?
No. This is only for Companies and nauta hogar (residential sector) data services.
