You can report fixed telephony and data services for Companies and nauta Hogar for the residential sector.
To report an outage, both fixed and data service, you must send an SMS to the number 114 with the text in this format:
114:Service or link you wish to report:Contact telephone number.
Do not leave a space after the colon [ : ] for the report to be valid.

Because this number can vary, some have 4 digits; others have 6. Letters can also vary depending on the territory where the service is installed.

After sending the SMS to 114, you will receive a reply SMS with the report number (folio).
If you send an SMS with wrong data, you will receive a reply message indicating it.
If you have made a mistake, we suggest you verify the numbering before sending another SMS to 114. Once you have sent the message with the report, you will be contacted by a telephone operator to know details of the outage.
