If you have credit and your line is active, but you cannot access mobile data, follow these steps:
Restart the phone and try to connect again
Verify that the nauta APN is correctly configured
Make sure you have activated the Mobile Data option
Check if you still have MB available in your data plan
If you have already used up your data, you can enable the usage-based tariff or purchase a new plan
If the problem persists, call to the Call Center: 5264 2266.
Yes, you may automatically or manually switch networks.
Automatic: The phone switches networks depending on the coverage in the area.
Manual: Set the network from the phone settings:
Android: Settings > Mobile networks > Preferred network type
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Network > Options > Voice and Data (The path may vary according to the brand and model, but it is usually easy to find).
If your SIM is triple-cut (standard, micro and nano), then it is a uSIM. You can also send a free SMS to 2266 with the text SIM, and you will receive a SMS detailing your card information.
If you have a traditional SIM, you can request the change to a uSIM in any of our commercial offices just for 75 CUP.
