A/ The beneficiary must provide a 12-digit secret code and his/her identification document (identity card if he/she is Cuban or passport if he/she is a foreigner) at the commercial office in MLC.

How does the beneficiary receive the secret code to be provided at the commercial office to pick up the mobile phone?

A/ The buyer/customer is obliged to inform the beneficiary the secret code (12 digits) and the commercial office where to pick up the mobile phone.

How much time does the beneficiary have to pick up the mobile phone?

A/ The beneficiary must go to the office indicated by the customer 72 hours after the purchase and before the expiration date (30 calendar days).

How many mobile phones can be purchased for a beneficiary?

A/ There is no limit to the number of phones that can be purchased for the same person.

What is the warranty for a mobile phone purchased from abroad?

A/ The warranty policy for phones purchased is as follows:

  • The device has a 3-month warranty.

  • The device replacement will be carried out in the Commercial Offices in MLC.

If a replacement is necessary and there is no device available, a mobile phone of the same range with better features and price will be delivered. The company has a maximum of 72 hours (3 business days) to decide on the new device to be delivered to the beneficiary. Neither the beneficiary nor the buyer will have to pay the difference in price, as it will be covered by the company.

What happens if the beneficiary does not pick up the mobile phone within the established time (30 days from purchase)?

A/ Mobile phones that are not picked up during the established period lose their validity and will not be delivered to the beneficiaries. In such cases, the customers lose the right to claim the offers from the distributor.

What should the beneficiary do if there is an inconvenience in picking up the offer at the commercial office?

A/ At the moment of collecting the offer, there may be some discrepancy between the information provided by the beneficiary and the information displayed by the system at the commercial office. In this case, the beneficiary should contact the customer to confirm the secret code or file a complaint with the distributor who sold the offer.

There should be no problems with the availability of the resources included in the offer, since the commercial office specified in the service order is responsible for maintaining the stock of items already purchased from abroad until they are delivered to the beneficiary.
