Online Help is the operator service providing 24-hour assistance to Propia service users with regard to: Information on card status and transactions made, as well as attention to service failures. To access to this service, you must dial: 164.

You do not need to buy a new card. You only have to recharge the current one before the expiration of the validity period, which is 9 months after each recharge.

  •     Through Transfermóvil
  •     Through the EnZona platform
  •     Directly at the ETECSA's commercial offices.

To check the credit of your card you must dial the symbol # and then 3. This operation is performed after dialing 166 and your personal code.
