Now, you can report service outages by sending an SMS to 114.
For the attention and continuous improvement in the experience of our customers, we have enabled another way to report outages in FIXED telephony, nauta Hogar and business data services. Now, customers will not only be able to report it with a free call from a landline or cell phone, but also by sending an SMS to 114, which will also be free of charge to customers. In this way, we will achieve a better dynamic attending our customers' requests.
The SMS text sent by customers to 114 must have the following structure:
- In the event of a fixed telephone report, the text must be as follow:
114: Service you want to report: Contact telephone number.
For instance: 114:72049690:52642266
- In the event of a data service report, the text must be as follow:
114:Number or link identifier you want to report:Contact telephone number
For instance: 114:HED150707:52642244
It is very important to specify that no spaces must be left after the colon [ : ] for the report to be valid, which will have a maximum of 5 reports in the day. After sending the SMS, the customer will receive a reply SMS with the report number (folio).
Another element to take into account when sending the outage report is that the contact telephone number can be a cell phone or a landline. Through this number, our specialists will contact the customer to find out about the detected outage specifications. Ultimately, the customer will be contacted by the cell phone number used to send the SMS with the report.
