For the attention and continuous improvement in the experience of our customers, we have enabled another way to report outages in FIXED telephony, nauta Hogar and business data services. Now, customers will not only be able to report it with a free call from a landline or cell phone, but also by sending an SMS to 114, which will also be free of charge to customers. In this way, we will achieve a better dynamic attending our customers' requests.
The SMS text sent by customers to 114 must have the following structure:
